  • Major changes after design has started are not guaranteed and may not be possible.

4. Timelines & Delivery

  • Estimated timelines will be communicated before starting the work.

  • Timelines may vary depending on complexity and workload.

  • Delays caused by incorrect information, late responses, or third-party courier issues are not the responsibility of RZG.

5. Use of Content

  • All game content, formats, and designs created by RZG remain the intellectual property of RZG.

  • Customers may use the game for personal use only.

  • Commercial reproduction or resale is not permitted without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

RZG is not responsible for:

  • Individual interpretations of game content

  • Emotional reactions during gameplay

  • Outcomes of interpersonal conversations during or after playing the game

The games are designed for fun, bonding, and entertainment purposes only.

7. Right to Refuse Service

RZG reserves the right to:

  • Decline or cancel an order that is inappropriate, offensive, or outside the brand’s scope
