Refund Policy

Because RZG specializes in custom-made and personalized products, refunds are handled carefully and fairly.

1. General Refund Policy

  • Personalized and Fully Custom games are non-refundable once the design process has started.

  • This is because the product is created specifically for you and cannot be reused or resold.

2. Cancellation Before Design Begins

  • If you request cancellation before design work has started, a refund may be considered.

  • Any processing or consultation charges (if applicable) may be deducted.

3. Cancellation After Design Begins

  • Once the design process has started, no refunds will be issued.

  • Partial completion still counts as design work having begun.

4. Errors or Issues

If there is an error caused by RZG (such as incorrect details used despite correct information being provided):

  • We will fix or revise the issue to the best of our ability.

  • Refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases.

5. Digital Products

For games delivered digitally:

  • Refunds are not applicable once the file has been shared.

6. Shipping Issues (Physical Products)

  • Delays caused by courier partners are beyond RZG’s control.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays, but support will be provided where possible.

7. Fair Use & Good Faith

RZG operates on a good-faith basis with customers and expects the same in return.
